Always thought David Tao's songs were more preppy and rocker-like.
This song is a refreshing change.
Not exactly "refreshing" for me cos I've been listening to slow songs all along.
But I like this song.
The video is confusing though.
The characters seem happy at first, which I thought was a weird match with the sad lyrics.
Then, at the end BOOM! , it suddenly turns sad.
What's most interesting is that the 转折 comes only about 10 seconds before the end of the video.
Suddenly understand why Alicia says that she don't like watching MVs.
Nevertheless, compliments for this song.

At some points in the song, you don't really understand what they mean.
However, this is what attracts me to the song too.

This song is OST of the movie 'Dear John'.
Quite a moving story, with the original book written by Nicholas Sparks.
This is not just a story about romance,but about kinship too.
Though I have a feeling that the movie will focus on the love part.Typical.
Nicholas Sparks is quite the master of romance.
I've read one of his books and it keeps you anticipating till the end.
They're not just your typical love stories; they usually add in a hint of kinship, friendship or some other stuff(spoiler, can't tell u).

He seems familiar, but I've never heard him before.
But this song I've heard quite alot of times le, very nice.
Lol don't say these songs are not nice, cos they should be, I koped them from a CD advertisement on TV. XD

'Against All Odds' by Phil Collins.
One of my favourite oldies of all time.
It's no surprise, since I've been hearing this song since I was 6 (my mum bought a CD with this song). XP
Lol 10 years already.
Supposed to be a sad song, yet I think its quite soothing haha.
Ahaha so weird.XD




'Your Body Is A Wonderland' by John Mayer.
I like his voice, and I like the music of this song.
Too bad about the sick lyrics, though.
Its damn blunt can.
And lol his expression when singing.XD
But can't be denied he's quite something with his guitar.:)




'Chasing Cars' by Snow Petrol.
One of the most well-liked songs created by this band.
It tells us to forget about your worries sometimes, and just enjoy being with the people you love.
At least that's what I interpret.
Very good song for the piano.:)




'Relax, Take It Easy' by Mika.
I used to dislike Mika's songs until I saw him perform this song on a TV special.
Oh well, I guess I like songs from male singers with superultra high voices (e.g. Soda Green).
I don't know why seriously, haha.
Maybe cos they're special and I'm weird, haha.
Oh ya this song can barely be considered "soothing", lol.
Never mind just take it as a 'bonus' for reading my blog ba lol.
