《拥抱》 by Mayday.
This song is from a very long time ago(1999,hehe).
I have no idea why, but this song 感觉很舒服.
Maybe because this song shows the没有负担，没有虚伪，坦荡荡的五月天.
I like the MV too.
Although some of the scenes seem suggestive and moe(I'm sure the girl is juvenile), but I guess it holds some kind of meaning for Mayday.
And lol Ashin's short hair.
Recently watched this Taiwan drama called 偷心大圣PS男. The drama was quite boring, but there's a song I wanna intro.
《我喜欢（不，我爱）》by严爵.
I like the acoustic feel of the song.
赤祼祼的嗓子加上木吉他的声音，it gives a very pure and natural feel to it.
I heard this song from the radio and I really don't know it's from the same singer lol.
But ta~daa, it turns out to be!
Hmm, seems like I like his music style.
This is obviously not a very sweet song is it talks about breaking up, but I guess in breaking-up songs this is considered "sweet" ba.
这首歌的分手不残酷但也不豁达,而是像在很温柔地告诉恋人，“我们该放手了”。
感觉惋惜但不可惜，因为彼此拥有了共同的美好回忆。
Guess this is what everyone would want if they have to experience a break-up.
But, just like there are different kinds of break-up songs, there will also be different emotions in different break-ups.
I guess this kind of stuff must take it in your stride ba, although it may be difficult to do so.
And no la I didn't experience anything like this in case you all are wondering why I'm suddenly talking about this. XD
I just 有感而发 la.
This song is written by Eric Clapton for his son who passed away.
It's a really sad song, yea.
But very nice too.
Goodbye and Hello
Yesterday was the last official NP act.
So I guess it marks the end of a part of my life.
I hope not, though.
I hope that we will still be as close as ever, to still live as one.
But things may change,especially since we are going into different CCAs after this.
I sincerely hope that even 10 years later, we will still keep in constant contact with each other, have a load of stuff to talk about when we meet, and still be able to be involved in each other's lives. RVNP Bang Bang Squad, you taught me to grow, to live, to share.
To laugh as one, cry as one, surpass obstacles as one.
No matter how hard it is, our blood, sweat and tears are worth it because we have one another.
May our spirit and legacy(haha) live on forever. RVNP S1'07, S2'08, S3'09, NCO'10, Bang Bang Squad, you rawk the world!!!

I watched 《画皮》last night, and I must say that it's pretty well done.Unlike the original 《画皮》, there are more twists and turns(of course), and the overall feeling is凄美、哀伤、感人, which I prefer over the 恐怖of the original version.
I guess the overall theme for this movie is "Love means sacrifice" ba.
飞天蜥蜴sacrificed for小唯,小唯 sacrificed for 王生,王生sacrificed for 佩蓉, 佩蓉sacrificed for 王生 etc etc....
Hmm but I don't really agree with "Love means sacrifice"though.
But that's another story.
And I wonder why their background music is so minimal.
In conclusion, I think this is the nicest movie I've seen in a long time, cos though I would like to see more character development on supporting actors such as 夏冰, but I think the 气氛 is really well done(even without the bg music), and the plot is good.:)
Not to mention that it has a really good theme song.:)
I really like the旋律, and the lyrics are really fitting for the movie too.
Next up is a song I heard on the radio.
Yup, I've been listening to the radio pretty much these days.
Cos nice mah, somemore got new songs to listen to.:)
"Desperado" by 罗忆诗.
She's a Malaysian singer(yup, I was listening to a Malaysian radio station).
This song is nice, but sadly, like many other songs in the industry, it's not very memorable.
But anyway 年轻就是本钱, so hope all budding singers 加油 and sing more good songs for us to listen to!:)

Want to listen to instrumental music, but not into classics?
X FM 96.3 is the thing for you!
Lol so I was browsing through the radio stations and I found X FM.
It's quite good,actually, with a wide variety of music.
Ranging from piano to flute, and even the less-well-known accordion.
I usually listen to this station if the songs on all the other stations are bad, and I must say that the music is always satisfactory(in my opinion).
0.o I just went to X FM's official website, and look what it says here:
Welcome to the website of XFM 96.3, Singapore's only radio channel specialising in French, German, Japanese, Korean and Hindi programmes.
So other than playing instrumental music, it also hosts other radio programs.That's cool!
However I've only listened to it at night, so I haven't any experience of X FM's radio programs, hehe.
Oh, and one more thing: X FM plays Korean Pop music every Monday to Friday, from 8PM to 10PM.
So, fans of Kpop, look out!:)

I know this song is popular enough, but I couldn't resist putting it up here. Xp
Actually I don't really like this song except for the chorus, but it gives me a chance to comment on Justin Bieber, which is quite fun to do(XP) cos he gets alot of attention in the English entertainment industry.
I actually like his voice, which is not strange since I have a penchant for guy singers with girly voices(as shown by 苏打绿, Kurt from Glee)...wait, let me rephrase that: a penchant for girly voicesfrom guy singers.
Haha.
Other than his voice, I think that he seems more mature in terms of looks(he seems taller-at least he's not shorter than the girl in the MV now), and in terms of dress sense(but it's not something that he can choose, right).
But anyway, I think his clothes are really nice.*.*
Unfortunately, he still looks younger than the girl in the MV.
I know he's like some kind of 情歌王子, but can they stop putting scantily clad girls in his MV?
It really makes him look very 肤浅.
Tsk tsk tsk.
The producers should know better than that.
He should at least seem his age, right?

Or at least it did for me.:)
This song is about a girl resigned about love that wasn't meant to be, and I think the lyrics are really pretty(albeit sad).:)
And I really like the high notes, especially at "You know that I love you so, I love you enough to let you go" and the chorus parts.
It's no wonder Kelly Clarkson was the winner of American Idol.
However, I think it's kinda creepy that the violins in the MV hang in the air andcan play on their own.
Don't you think so?XD

Next up are the Chinese songs, so I'm gonna revert to Chinese.^.^
You know it's the same thing every holiday.
I will go to the blogs of squadmates to see what they're doing recently.
Then I will discover that they've gone on an outing.
Without me.
What's worse is those people are my usual group of friends in NP.
I discover that I'm drifting further and further away from them.
Or maybe we've never been close?
It really makes me feel very upset inside.
And holidays are forever so sian.
Parents won't allow me to go out with ppl that ask me to go out, yet the ppl they allow me to go out with don't ask me to go out.
So ironic.
And yet my parents also don't bring me out.
You know your parents will like, for example, bring the whole family out to eat every weekend, or maybe bring you to Sentosa or Marina Bay occasionally.
Or maybe even just to go to listen to a free music performance.
But mine, they never do.
Of course, it's very inconvenient without a car.
But still, isn't it incredible that we never go out and do anything for the whole of the holidays?
It no wonder we children all become 自闭的宅男宅女, and just use the computer all day.
Cos we are just stuck at home all day and the internet is the only way of having a link to the world, of letting us know more about the world.
So they can't blame us for not being close to them, for not telling them stuff or whatever.
Cos they don't even take the first step.
